KRISTEN DAVIDSON

craves stillness and spaciousness.

Kristen is a farmer with a background in culinary and fine art. She has a knack for seeing things from an unusual cross-section, keenly identifying significance and intuiting undergirding tenets of oft taken-for-granted things.

Recently, Kristen moved from the urban core of Kansas City to South-Central Kansas with her husband and two children to learn to farm and care for land as neighbor. She’s a speed-reading dyslexic, impossibly reserved extrovert, chef, ceramicist, farmer and food advocate.

Her work, whether writing, making, cooking, or farming, explores themes of embodied existence and ritual ways of being in the world.
